The Show is investing in it's own equipment this yeardue to rising costs of hring goods and going forward means that the Show is a complete package.
Currently we have invested in gazebos, dressgae boards and cones and have the use of jumps. We have to thank Richard and Krissie our younger Committee Members for helping stores our new items and will be carting them to the Show - much appreciated

Final preparations are taking place for this years Show. We look forward to seeing everyone, keep an eye on the facebook page for last minute changes. Weather looks damp but warm - so we will take that !!!

Sadly Willie Allan cannot join us this year , Vicki Fletcher will now judge the In hand classes on Sunday and Chris Grant has agreed to join us and take up some of Vicki's classes. The Updated timetable is on the main page

In the event of Hot weather we will be unable to change our Show Dates this year but will make contingency plans for arrivals, departures and running of classes - it apppears that we have to face the fact that Summers are now going to be hot !
Catalogues will be FREE for 2023 due to generous sponsorship
FIRST AID -is free due to generous sponsorship
Clear round will be available for the Highland over in the Shetland WHP ring until about 3pm on Saturday - our WHP classes will start at 12 noon Sunday
Dressage will be pick your own time but within certain times that will be announced nearer to the Show Date

Meetings and plans for the Show are taking place
We are hoping to have a couple of demos on the Sasturday night to celebrate the 100 year Centenary of the HPS
Whilst the hot weather is a concern we must remember we had similar temperatures in 2019 2021 - and 2022 I think we have to consider this the pattern of the future and try and do our best to consider pony welfare and the heat as a prority
We have put lots of plans in place - as an exhibitor you will have received an email and the facebook pages is updated daily
No Jacket Rule - shoulder to be covered
No galloping
Stables can be used duringthe day for shade - without cost
All water on site is drinkable
Flexible arrival and leaving times by arrangement
Absolutely no using of oil on ponies
Reminding folk that many classes are just £10 to enter before the closing date and
Ridden classes just £15 - so enter and have a great weekend with highland folk
